Switzerland: Swiss Occidental Leonardo (SOL)

Line Pillet Managing Director To the project: “Our main objective with the project was to contribute to the development of a European certificate in entrepreneurship especially targeted at young professionals and students in order to assess their entrepreneurial potential. Together with vocational schools in Switzerland we wish to stimulate the entrepreneurial capacities of the youngest.” Swiss Occidental Leonardo (SOL) is a non profit organisation funded by the Swiss Government and the Conference of the ministries of economic affairs of Western Switzerland in order to promote the indirect participation of Switzerland in Leonardo pilot projects and mobility activities. Thanks to our experience in project management, we have been setting up an important network with enterprises, educational institutions, as well as vocational and guidance centres in Switzerland and Europe and have contributed to the development of innovative prospects in the field of vocational training (entrepreneurship, application of CT in education, tourism, quality of students' placements, etc.).
